Terms of Service
Using the service
You may use PhisDown to protect brands you own or are authorised to represent. Filing trademark or copyright complaints on behalf of a rights holder without their authorisation is a misuse of the service and grounds for closing the account.
What we do and do not promise
We file reports through the official abuse and legal channels each provider publishes. Whether a site is removed is always the provider's decision, not ours. We cannot guarantee a takedown, or a timeframe for one.
We do not attack infrastructure, attempt to disrupt sites by technical means, or take any action outside published reporting channels.
Credits
Credits are purchased in advance and spent when a report is filed. A credit is consumed when the report is submitted, regardless of the provider's eventual decision. Credits do not expire.
Accuracy of what you submit
You are responsible for the accuracy of the brands, domains and claims you enter. Reports are filed in your name and on your behalf; knowingly false complaints can carry legal consequences for the party making them.
Suspension
We may suspend an account that submits fraudulent complaints, abuses the reporting channels, or attempts to use the service against sites the account holder has no rights over.
Changes
These terms may change as the service does. Material changes will be announced in the dashboard before they take effect.
